ARCTIC GLACIER INCOME FUND NOTICE OF RECORD DATE & FINAL DISTRIBUTION Take notice that unitholders of Arctic Glacier Income Fund ("AGIF") will be entitled to receive a final distribution of CAD$0.00549502 per unit of AGIF, representing an aggregate value of CAD$1,925,000, payable on November 7, 2022 to unitholders of record on October 14, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of October 13, 2022. This final distribution will be made pursuant to the Plan of Compromise or Arrangement of, inter alia, AGIF dated May 21, 2014, as amended. No future distributions will be made after this distribution, which will be the final distribution of cash assets of AGIF. September 30, 2022
