JOYAL / DOWSETT Matthew and Selene are excited to announce a new addition to their family. Kiera Payton was born April 3, 2014 at 4:09 a.m. in Edson, Alberta. She weighed 10 lbs., 15 oz. and was 22 inches long. Big brothers Hudson and Paxton are very excited to welcome their new baby sister. Proud grandparents are Eric and Marita Dowsett of Brandon, Manitoba and Ken and Lesley Joyal of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
