NOTICE OF TENDER Lord Selkirk School Division William S Patterson School Stair and Ramp Addition Sealed tenders for the above noted project will be accepted up to 2:00 p.m. local Winnipeg time on May 25, 2015, at the offices of Kowalchuk Consulting Engineers Ltd., 400 - 70 Arthur St., Winnipeg, MB, R3B 1G7. Every tender shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total tender price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of not less than 50% of the contract price. Tender documents will be available for viewing at the Winnipeg Construction Assoc. The consultant will make digital copies available upon request. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Mandatory site examination for general contractors wishing to tender will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2015.
