GALAUGHER PELKA Jolen and Peter are delighted to announce the birth of their baby girl, Pascale Ophelia Galaugher Pelka, born Friday, May 22, 2015 at 1:41 pm. at 8 pounds, 12.5 ounces and 21.5 inches long. The excitement is shared by her grand-parents, great grandmother, aunts, uncles, and cousins in Winnipeg, Hamilton, and Denver.
