Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority Expression of Interest / Request for Proposal for Prime Consultant Design Services CRAWLSPACE MOULD REMEDIATION AT PINE FALLS HEALTH CENTRE / SUNNYWOOD PERSONAL CARE HOME LOCATED AT 37 MAPLE STREET, PINE FALLS, MB Interlake-Eastern RHA, Manitoba, Canada requires prime consultant design services for the project - Crawlspace Mould Remediation, within two juxtaposed IERHA facilities located in Pine Falls, Manitoba. The overall objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) and the respondent selection process which will culminate in the execution of a Contract between Consultant and Owner is to evaluate prospective consultant interest in managing this Project. The IERHA wishes to ensure the process is fair, open and transparent. Reporting directly to Tom Still, Project Manager - Capital Planning for the IERHA, the Prime Design Consultant will lead and coordinate all aspects of the design, tendering, award of construction contract, construction contract administration and post-construction activities. This will include collaborating with the Interlake-Eastern RHA during the noted stages of the project, and providing submissions on behalf of the Interlake-Eastern RHA. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Remediation of existing mould in the crawlspace, sloping soil away from building and install polyethylene liner over all the soil in the crawlspace, at two juxtaposed IERHA facilities. The Interlake-Eastern RHA is directing this Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to consultant firms with extensive design experience in projects of this type and scope.
