OFFICE SPACE REQUIREMENT REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Colliers International has been engaged to identify Class C & B office space alternatives for a growing Winnipeg based company. The contiguous space requirement is approximately 12,500 s.f. The preferred geographic location is downtown Winnipeg, although suburban options will be considered. It is anticipated that the tenant would take occupancy for fixturing in the summer/2016. Interested parties are asked to forward submissions which will include a site plan, building description, parking availability and a letter verifying authority to submit on behalf of the owner/landlord.
