AMBER PENNER Congratulations to our daughter, Amber Penner, on the successful completion of her Master's of Science degree in Geological Sciences, specializing in Hydrology; after previously completing a four year Bachelor of Science degree and three year Civil Engineering diploma. She has come a long way since her days at Oak Bluff Elementary School and Sanford Collegiate, and we are so proud of everything she has accomplished. Love, Mom and Dad!
